How can I make a payment to my OnePay Credit Card?#

You can make a one-time payment or schedule a future payment directly in the OnePay app. Payments can be made using a linked bank account or your OnePay deposit account (processed as ACH). Payments may take 2–3 business days to post, but will be effective the day they’re submitted. You can also schedule payments in advance or set up autopay.

To make a payment in the OnePay app:

  • Select the Rewards Card or Walmart Spend Card (depending on which you have) tile from the home tab

  • Select Make a payment

  • Enter the required information

    • Payment date

    • Payment amount

    • Payment source

  • Select Pay

When is my OnePay Credit Card payment due date? #

Your first payment is due approximately 30 days after you open your account. After that, each statement’s due date will recur on the same day each month. You can view your billing statements and due dates in the Rewards Card or Walmart Spend Card (depending on which you have) tile of the OnePay app.

When will my OnePay Credit Card payment be applied?#

Your payment is effective the day you submit it. Your balance will typically update within 2–3 business days, and the payment will be fully posted to your account within 5 business days.

Can I schedule a OnePay Credit Card payment for a future date?#

Yes. You can schedule a payment up to 365 days in advance. The payment will be applied on the scheduled date.

Can I set up autopay for my OnePay Credit Card?#

Yes, you can set up Autopay in the OnePay app to automatically pay your minimum amount due, full statement balance, or a custom amount on your due date.

To set up Autopay in the Onepay app:

  • Select the Rewards Card or Walmart Spend Card (depending on which you have) tile from the Home tab

  • Select Settings

  • Select Set up Autopay

  • Enter the required information

    • Payment amount

    • Payment method

  • Select Turn on Autopay

What payment methods can I use?#

You can pay using a linked external bank account or your OnePay deposit account (processed via ACH). Synchrony also accepts check payments, which can be mailed. Please contact Synchrony for the mailing address and check requirements.

Can I change my OnePay Credit Card payment due date?#

Yes, you can contact Synchrony to request a change to your due date. Customers are allowed to update their due date once per year.
