Whether you're an HR tech provider looking to embed financial tools into your existing platform, an employer wanting to give employees early access to their pay and financial resources between paychecks, or a gig platform supporting independent contractors – OnePay Enterprise meets you where you already operate.
OnePay works with companies and platforms across many industries and is not limited to specific verticals. We see the strongest adoption among organizations with large populations of frontline or hourly workers, such as retail, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, staffing, construction, and manufacturing. According to PWC, over 50% of workers cite finances as a top stressor1. OnePay Enterprise helps address this by giving workers faster access to their pay and tools to better manage their money between paychecks, reducing the liquidity gaps that contribute to financial stress. For businesses, embedding financial wellness tools can support retention, improve employee engagement, and drive adoption of your platform or app.
OnePay @Work (employer-sponsored EWA) lets employees access wages they've already earned before payday, based on actual hours worked. It connects to your payroll and timekeeping data. No OnePay deposit account required.
2 Day Early Pay6 (consumer banking feature) is for OnePay deposit account holders with direct deposit. When your bank sends the paycheck, OnePay posts it up to 2 days before payday. It's not an advance on wages; it's how OnePay processes incoming direct deposits. 2 Day Early Pay6 is a standard feature offered by many banks and neobanks – OnePay deposit account holders get it automatically with direct deposit set up. No payroll integration required.
OnePay Advance (consumer banking feature)12 gives OnePay deposit account holders with eligible deposits instant access to funds between deposits. It works as an overdraft feature on a OnePay deposit account and is not a loan or an advance on wages. The amount available is based on account cash flow activity, not hours worked or employer data. A flat 3% fee applies. Repayment is automatic from the next eligible incoming deposit. No employer relationship or payroll integration required12. Learn more here.

OnePay connects to your existing payroll, time, and attendance systems, with pre-built integrations for most major HR, payroll, and timekeeping platforms. Most deployments are live within a matter of weeks. OnePay also forward-deploys product and engineering teams to work directly alongside your team during setup. No. OnePay @Work runs alongside your existing payroll. Nothing about your pay cycle changes.
EWA is just the starting point. Unlike standalone EWA providers, OnePay offers both employer-sponsored EWA (OnePay @Work) and 2 Day Early Pay6, alongside a full suite of financial wellness tools for eligible OnePay deposit account holders:
High-yield Savings9: earn more on money set aside between paychecks
Fee-free Overdraft8: no fees if employees spend more than their deposit account balance, available with eligible deposits
Provide access to credit building: help employees build credit history with the Builder Card that builds credit with every swipe11. Plus, free credit score tracking and insights.
One Pay Money Companion: an AI-powered companion embedded in the OnePay app designed to help employees better understand and manage their money
So while EWA helps employees bridge the gap between paychecks, the broader OnePay platform offerings give them tools to build long-term financial health.
OnePay is different from just a traditional paycard: instead of enrolling in an employer-provisioned card, the employee simply sets up direct deposit as normal with OnePay, and the account stays with them across jobs. Additionally, OnePay offers a full suite of financial wellness tools with a OnePay deposit account.
OnePay is not a standalone EWA provider – it's a full financial wellness platform. If you already have an EWA provider in place, OnePay can complement it by giving employees access to a broader set of financial tools. Many organizations find that EWA alone addresses the gap between paychecks but doesn't help employees build longer-term financial stability. We'd love to learn more about your current setup and find where we fit. Book a demo.
