How do I manage my OnePay Wallet?#
You can link up to twenty debit or credit cards, plus your OnePay Debit Card or Builder Card, in OnePay Wallet. Walmart associates can also add their discount card here. To add a card, open the OnePay app, go to the wallet icon , and tap the plus sign to enter your card details.

How do I view my OnePay Wallet transactions?#
If you used your OnePay Debit Card or Builder Card, you can view your OnePay Wallet transaction history from your OnePay Cash activity. To view OnePay Wallet transactions made with a linked card from another financial institution, reach out to that institution for further assistance.
Where can I see my OnePay Points?#
If you have OnePay Cash, you can view your points history by tapping the points icon on the home tab of the OnePay app. If you do not have a OnePay Cash account, points are displayed in the points section of the OnePay Wallet screen.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with my OnePay Wallet transaction?#
If you have a dispute with a transaction made with your OnePay Debit Card or Builder Card, please contact OnePay Customer Service and say “File Dispute” or “Agent” to be connected with a OnePay specialist. If you need to file a dispute for a transaction made with a non-OnePay linked card, please contact the issuing bank for further assistance.
