What is OnePay @Work?#
OnePay @Work is a voluntary benefit in the OnePay app that may be available through your employer. It helps you manage your money by giving you tools to access your pay early, track your spending, and set aside savings.
If your employer offers @Work, you can find it by opening the OnePay app and tapping the @Work tile.
How do I set up OnePay @Work?#
You can set up OnePay @Work in the OnePay app if your employer offers it.
To get started:
Open the OnePay app
Tap the @Work tile
Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup
You can also set up OnePay @Work on your mobile device by clicking here and tapping @Work to continue.
Who can use OnePay @Work?#
OnePay @Work may be available if your employer offers it as a benefit.
If your employer supports @Work, you can access it in the OnePay app by tapping the @Work tile.
If you’re not sure whether your employer offers @Work, you can check with your employer for more information.
Do I have to connect my bank account to use OnePay @Work?#
No, you do not need to connect a bank account to use OnePay @Work.
You can use many @Work features directly in the OnePay app, including viewing your earnings, using Instapay, setting up @Work Save, and managing your budget.
Some features or delivery options may require a linked bank account. For example, if you choose to send an Instapay to an external bank account, you’ll need to connect one. Otherwise, you can use other available options in the app, such as OnePay Spend or cash pick-up, if available.
Availability of features and options may vary based on your employer and account setup.

Why does OnePay @Work ask for my phone number, and what if it changes?#
OnePay @Work uses your phone number to set up your account and help keep it secure.
If you lose access to your phone or change your number, you’ll need to contact our Customer Support team so your account can be updated or access can be restricted.
When reaching out, be prepared to provide:
Your current or previous phone number
Your updated phone number (if applicable)
Support can help update your information or secure your account as needed.
Can my employer see my information on OnePay @Work?#
No. Your employer cannot see the personal financial information you add in OnePay @Work, such as your bills, expenses, or savings.
OnePay @Work uses this information to provide features like budgeting and “Okay to spend.” It is not shared with your employer.
