Law Enforcement & Other Legal Requests

OnePay now accepts certain legal process requests (such as law enforcement subpoenas) through the Kodex Law Enforcement Portal.  Law enforcement and other government agencies may submit requests directly by using Kodex.

If you have not used Kodex before, you can sign up here.

Once registered, you will be able to submit requests, receive records through the portal, and track the status of your cases.

Of note, OnePay is unable to process overly broad or vague requests. Please include as much specific information as possible that would identify the relevant accounts and transactions. This includes but is not limited to: full account number; full first and last name; full date of birth
