OnePay Invest: $5.00 Reward Bonus Terms and Conditions
Bonus Period: April 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
This Promotion is solely offered through One Growth Securities LLC (“One Growth” or “OnePay Invest”), and not by any of One Growth’s affiliates.
To participate in this Bonus (as defined below), you must complete the designated registration process to open a OnePay Invest account in good standing and directly receive from OnePay an email, push notification, or in-app message promoting the Bonus (each, an “Eligible Customer”) during the Bonus Period. This Bonus is non-transferable. Limit of one Bonus per Eligible Customer.
An Eligible Customer who, during the Bonus Period, completes their first purchase of a security (“Stock”) in an amount of at least $5.00 will receive a $5.00 credit of the same Stock purchased (the “Stock Reward”). The Bonus will be issued only in connection with the Eligible Customer’s first successfully completed security purchase and will be awarded once per Eligible Customer, based on a single qualifying purchase order.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Bonus is only available to customers who already have an existing OnePay deposit account and subsequently open a OnePay Invest account. Customers who open a OnePay Invest account at the same time as opening a new OnePay deposit account are not eligible for this Bonus.
By accepting an offer to earn a Bonus, you authorize and instruct One Growth to place the order(s) necessary to acquire the applicable stock on your behalf and to credit the Bonus to your OnePay Invest account. You grant One Growth limited discretionary authority solely to execute and settle the securities transaction(s) necessary to deliver each Bonus. You agree that it is your responsibility to review and carefully consider the stock, including the information available to you through the OnePay Invest platform. For clarity, once a Bonus is credited to your OnePay Invest account, you may sell it at your discretion. It may take up to (3) business days after the trade order is placed for a Bonus to be reflected in your OnePay Invest Account.
This Offer may be combined with other promotions made available by OnePay Invest. If a particular action meets the eligibility criteria of this Bonus and other available bonuses or promotions, as determined by OnePay Invest, in its sole discretion, that action will be applied to all such bonuses and promotions to the extent permitted by each of their terms and conditions.
This Bonus may be modified or canceled at any time, with or without notice. If it is determined that a customer has engaged in or plans to engage in abuse or gaming in connection with this Bonus, that customer will be prohibited from further participation, and OnePay Invest reserves the right to take additional remedial action, which may include liquidating your Bonus held in your Invest Account. The value of any Bonus received by you may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from the receipt of any Bonus and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of any Bonus.
Your OnePay Invest account, governed by your OnePay Invest Customer Agreement must be open and in good standing when any Bonus is initiated. If your account is closed or not in good standing at that time, the Bonus will be forfeited. You will not be entitled to any compensation from OneProgress Assets, its affiliates, or any other party if the Bonus is forfeited for any reason.

It is used to fund securities purchases and to receive proceeds from securities sales, dividends, interest, and any other uninvested cash related to your OnePay Invest account.
