OnePay Invest: $5.00 Stock Reward Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Expiration. The promotion (the “Promotion”) expires at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Expiration”).
This Promotion is solely offered through One Growth Securities LLC (“One Growth” or “OnePay Invest”), and not by any of One Growth’s affiliates.
Eligibility. An “Eligible Customer” is an individual who (i) completes the designated registration process to open a OnePay Invest account in good standing on or before the Promotion Expiration and (ii) directly receives from OnePay an email, push notification, or in-app message promoting the Promotion (an “Offer Communication”). Eligibility and any promotional rewards are non-transferable. Participation may be limited to recipients of an Offer Communication.
How to Earn the Reward. An Eligible Customer ma five-dollar (US$5.00) stock reward (the “Stock Reward”) credited to their OnePay Invest account by selecting one security (a “Stock”) from the list of available securities through the applicable in-app offer presented in the OnePay platform on or before the Promotion Expiration. A Stock Reward is issued only upon a valid selection of a Stock, which constitutes the customer’s affirmative election to have the Stock Reward credited to the customer’s OnePay Invest account. A“OnePay Invest account” means your brokerage account offered by One Growth.
Crediting your Stock-Reward. By accepting an offer to earn a Stock Reward, you authorize and instruct One Growth to place the order(s) necessary to acquire the applicable Stock Reward on your behalf and to credit the Stock Reward to your OnePay Invest account. In connection with this Promotion, you grant One Growth limited discretionary authority solely to execute and settle the securities transaction(s) necessary to deliver each Stock Reward.
By participating in this Promotion, you are making a decision to invest in the Stock that may be rewarded to you under this Promotion and agree that it is your responsibility to review and carefully consider the Stock, including the information available to you through the OnePay App about each security that may be rewarded under this Promotion. OnePay Invest may change the list of investments available through the OnePay App and the securities offered through this Promotion at any time without notice.

Your OnePay Invest account, governed by your OnePay Invest Customer Agreement, must be open and in good standing when any Stock Reward is initiated. If your account is closed or not in good standing at that time, the Stock Reward will be forfeited. You will not be entitled to any compensation from One Growth, its affiliates, or any other party if a Stock Reward is forfeited for any reason.
This Promotion may be modified or canceled at any time, with or without notice. If it is determined that a customer has engaged in or plans to engage in abuse or gaming in connection with this Promotion, that customer will be prohibited from further participation, and OnePay Invest reserves the right to take additional remedial action, which may include liquidating your Stock Reward held in your Invest Account. The value of any Stock rewards received by you pursuant to this Promotion may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from the receipt of any Stock Rewards and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of any Stock Rewards.
