OnePay $1M Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The OnePay $1M Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will consist of three (3) monthly entry periods, each coinciding with the entire calendar months of June, July and August, 2026 (each, a “Monthly Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal permanent resident in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and at least the age of majority in your state of residence (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) with a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees of One Finance, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Sponsor’s direct parent entity, teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Administrator”) and each of their subsidiaries (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void outside of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period:

1. DIRECT DEPOSIT:
   
   You will receive one (1) entry for every $500 in qualifying electronic direct deposits to your personal OnePay deposit account (“OnePay Account”), up to a maximum of five (5) entries per Monthly Entry Period ($2,500 or more direct deposited to your OnePay Account during a Monthly Entry Period). PLEASE NOTE: A qualifying electronic direct deposit is dependent upon the date on which the qualifying electronic direct deposit has been posted to the respective OnePay Account. In order to qualify as an entry, the entry date of the eligible electronic direct deposit must be posted to the respective OnePay Account by 11:59 PM PT of the last day of a Monthly Entry Period to be eligible for the applicable Entry Period Drawing (as defined below).
   
   A “Direct Deposit” is defined as an electronic deposit through the Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) Network or an electronic deposit by Original Credit Transaction (“OCT”) of payroll, pension, government benefits (such as Social Security), and other payments sent to your OnePay deposit account. For the avoidance of doubt, peer to peer transfer (e.g., One to One, Venmo, & Cash app), and attempted deposits that are either returned or canceled before the funds settle are not Direct Deposits.
   
   

2. TO ENTER WITHOUT DIRECT DEPOSIT:
   
   Mail-in Entry: To receive three (3) entries without making a Direct Deposit into a OnePay Account, on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly print or type your complete name (first, middle, last), age, complete mailing address, phone number (including area code), email address, and mail your 3” x 5” card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to: OnePay $1M Sweepstakes, 211 Greenwood Ave. 2-2, Promo 507, Bethel, CT 06801. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026 and received by July 6, 2026 to be eligible for the June Entry Period Drawing, postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 6, 2026 to be eligible for the July Entry Period Drawing, and postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 8, 2026 to be eligible for the August Entry Period Drawing. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. One (1) entry per envelope. Limit of two (2) mail-in entries per Entrant per Monthly Entry Period, for a maximum combined limit of five (5) entries per Entrant per Monthly Entry Period. The first eligible mail-in entry received for an Entrant during a Monthly Entry Period will provide the Entrant with three (3) entries, the second eligible mail-in entry received for an Entrant during a Monthly Entry Period will only provide Entrant with two (2) entries (for a maximum of five (5) entries). Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged mailed entries.

Limit of five (5) entries per Entrant per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Entrants may only use one (1) OnePay Account and one (1) email address to participate in this Sweepstakes. Entries received from any Entrant, email address or OnePay Account in excess of the above stated limitation will be void.

In the event of uncertainty as to the identity of an Entrant, that Entrant will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, OnePay Accounts, email addresses, accounts, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries, deposits or failed internet connections.

RANDOM DRAWINGS/ODDS OF WINNING: Approximately five (5) business days following each Monthly Entry Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator from among all eligible entries received and combined throughout each Monthly Entry Period (each, an “Entry Period Drawing”), for a total of three (3) potential winners (one (1) per Monthly Entry Period). Non-winning entries from one Monthly Entry Period Drawing will not carry-over to subsequent monthly Entry Period Drawings, if any. Administrator’s decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry Period.

PRIZES (3) (One (1) per Monthly Entry Period): Three (3) winners (each, a “Winner”) will each receive $1,000,000 deposited into their OnePay Account (each, a “Prize”). In the event a Winner participated via the mail-in method of entry, their Prize will be awarded in the form of a check for that amount. The total maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes throughout the Sweepstakes Period is $3,000,000.

Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are Winner’s sole responsibility. Each potential Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number before being awarded a Prize. An IRS form 1099 will be issued in the name of each Winner for the actual value of the Prize received. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited. The Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a Winner because of an incorrect or changed address or for other reasons outside of the Released Parties control.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners who participated via the direct deposit method of entry must have their OnePay Account open and in good standing at time of Prize award to be eligible to receive a Prize. Failure to have a OnePay Account open and in good standing at the time a Prize is awarded may result in forfeiture of Prize. Limit one (1) Prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. No Prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Prizes are not transferable prior to being awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude from the Sweepstakes any potential Winner or Winner who is suspected of theft, fraud, or any criminal activity related to Sponsor or its affiliates or any activity that impacts the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Entries associated with a fraudulent OnePay Account(s) or other unauthorized use of a OnePay Account(s) and entries associated with any fraudulent or inappropriate activities relating to any such OnePay Account(s) will be void and all such Entrants may be disqualified.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIMS: Potential Winners will be notified by the Administrator or Sponsor via email, phone and/or mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (“Affidavit”) (unless prohibited by law) within seven (7) days from date of Prize notification. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending of an email or placing a phone call to a potential Winner, one (1) day after notification is sent via a delivery service, or two (2) days if notification is sent via mail. If such Affidavit is not returned within the specified time period, a Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential Winner or a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected and notified for the applicable Prize. After a Winner has been confirmed, that Winner’s Prize will be awarded within four (4) to six (6) weeks.

SWEEPSTAKES RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Sweepstakes Entities. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw the potential winner(s) at its discretion for the applicable Monthly Entry Period(s) from those eligible entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY: By entering, Entrants and Winners agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, including the aforementioned Sweepstakes Entities in the “ELIGIBILITY” section of these Official Rules, (now collectively defined as the “Releasees”) from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of a Prize. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose, in fact or in law, relative to this Sweepstakes.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.

WINNER’S LIST/RULE REQUEST: To receive a winner list or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size (#10) envelope to be received by September 8, 2026 to: OnePay $1M Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 513717, Los Angeles, CA 90051. Please specify “Winner List” or “Rules Request.”

PRIVACY/REMOVAL REQUEST: All identity and OnePay Account transaction information used to enter you in the Sweepstakes shall be kept confidential and secure and will be subject to the privacy policy or policies governing your OnePay Account. Sponsor will not use or share your information for any reason other than to administer the Sweepstakes. To have yourself removed as an entrant in the Sweepstakes, please send your name and address on a 3” x 5” card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to OnePay $1M Sweepstakes Removal Request, P.O. Box 513717, Los Angeles, CA 90051.
