OnePay Crypto: $5.00 Crypto Reward Bonus Terms and Conditions

This offer is solely offered through OneProgress Assets LLC (“OneProgress Assets” or “OnePay Crypto”), and not by any of OneProgress Assets affiliates.
To participate in the Bonus (as defined below), you must complete the designated registration process to open a OnePay Crypto account in good standing and directly receive from OnePay an email, push notification, or in-app message promoting the Bonus (each, an “Eligible Customer”) during the Bonus Period. This Bonus is non-transferable. Limit of one per Eligible Customer
An Eligible Customer who, during the Bonus Period, completes their first purchase of cryptocurrency (BTC and/or ETH) in an amount of at least $20.00 will receive a $5.00 credit of the same cryptocurrency purchased, credited to the customer’s OnePay Crypto account (the “Crypto Reward”). This promotional offer constitutes the “Bonus.” The Crypto Reward will be issued only in connection with the Eligible Customer’s first successfully completed cryptocurrency purchase and will be awarded once per Eligible Customer, based on a single qualifying purchase order. A ““OnePay Crypto account” means your crypto account offered through OneProgress Assets and powered by ZeroHash.
By accepting an offer to earn a Crypto Reward, you authorize OneProgress Assets to deposit the applicable cryptocurrency into your OnePay Crypto Account and you accept ownership of the Crypto Reward. By participating in this Bonus, you are making a decision to invest in the Cryptocurrency that may be rewarded to you under this Crypto Reward and agree that it is your responsibility to review and carefully consider the Cryptocurrency, including the information available to you through the OnePay App about each Cryptocurrency that may be rewarded under this Bonus. Processing times may vary. The Crypto Reward is typically credited to your OnePay Crypto account within a few minutes after the order is submitted; however, processing may be delayed, and the Crypto Reward may take up to three (3) business days to appear in your account.

Your OnePay Crypto account, governed by your OnePay Crypto Customer Agreement must be open and in good standing when any Crypto Reward is initiated. If your account is closed or not in good standing at that time, the Crypto Reward will be forfeited. You will not be entitled to any compensation from OneProgress Assets, its affiliates, or any other party if a Crypto Reward forfeited for any reason.
This Bonus may be modified or canceled at any time, with or without notice. If it is determined that a customer has engaged in or plans to engage in abuse or gaming in connection with this Bonus, that customer will be prohibited from further participation, and OnePay Crypto reserves the right to take additional remedial action, which may include liquidating your Crypto Reward held in your OnePay Crypto account. The value of any Crypto Reward received by you pursuant to this Bonus may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from the receipt of any Crypto Rewards and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of any Crypto Rewards.

Cryptocurrency assets are held and custodied by Zero Hash LLC, not OneProgress Assets LLC or its affiliates.
Opening a OnePay Cash account is required before you can open a OnePay Crypto account. The OnePay Cash account, offered by One Finance, Inc. (an affiliate of OnePay Progress), serves as the exclusive funding source for your OnePay Crypto account. It is used to fund cryptocurrency purchases and to receive proceeds from cryptocurrency sales, and any other uninvested cash related to your OnePay Crypto account.
