Consumer Report and SSA Authorization

By submitting your application for the requested product or service, you authorize One Finance Inc., OneProgress Services LLC, and its affiliates (OnePay) and OnePay’s banking partners to obtain one or more consumer reports and other information about you from consumer reporting agencies, their respective affiliates, and/or other third party sources for use in:

• Evaluating your application;

• Servicing or monitoring any product you may obtain from or through OnePay;

• Collecting any amounts due or enforcing upon any account you may receive from or through OnePay;

• Providing your credit data to you;

• Offering you financial products and services; and/or

• Any other related purposes.

You request to receive information from OnePay regarding financial products or service offerings. Upon request, we will inform you whether or not a consumer report was obtained and the name and address of the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report. You acknowledge that, after evaluating your application and consumer report, we may decline to open an account for you.

Authorization for the Social Security Administration to Disclose Your Social Security Number Verification


I authorize the Social Security Administration (SSA) to verify and disclose to One Finance, Inc. through Socure Inc., their service provider, for the purpose of this application whether the name, Social Security Number (SSN) and date of birth I have submitted matches information in SSA records, including the basis for a no-match response. My consent is for a one-time validation within the next 90 days.
