OnePay - 1 Million Points Giveaway

DATES OF THE GIVEAWAY: The OnePay - 1 Million Points Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins at 9:00AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 21, 2025, and ends at 10:47PM PT on August 1, 2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). 

ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Giveaway, you must be a legal permanent resident in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and at least the age of majority in your state of residence (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees of One Finance, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Administrator”) and each of their subsidiaries (collectively, “Giveaway Entities”), and their immediate families (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Giveaway. Giveaway is void outside of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 

All entries must be submitted during the Giveaway Period in order to be included in the applicable drawing. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is completely released of all liability by each Entrant in this Giveaway and does not sponsor or endorse this Giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER: Log-in to your Instagram account and follow the @joinonepay account on Instagram (if you are not already doing so). Then, locate, “like” and share the Giveaway announcement post to your Instagram Story, and tag two (2) friends or family members in a comment on the Giveaway announcement post to receive one (1) entry. The Giveaway announcement post will be pinned on the @joinonepay account page during the Giveaway Period.

Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Entrants may only use one (1) one Instagram account to participate in this Giveaway. Entries received from any Entrant or Instagram account in excess of the above stated limitation will be void.

In the event of uncertainty as to the identity of an Entrant, that Entrant will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, Instagram accounts, email addresses, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Giveaway. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, delayed or damaged entries, or failed internet connections.

RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING: On or about August 8, 2025, twenty (20) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator from among all eligible entries received via Instagram throughout the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Administrator’s decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.

PRIZES (20): Twenty (20) winners (each, a “Winner”) will each receive 50,000 OnePay Points, deposited into their OnePay Points Balance (each, a “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $500.00. 

A OnePay Wallet or OnePay Cash account (each, a “OnePay Account”) is required to accept the Prize and can be opened free of charge through the OnePay app or at https://www.onepay.com. A OnePay Cash account is required in order to redeem OnePay Points for cash back, which are redeemable according to the OnePay Rewards Terms. In the event a Winner does not have an active OnePay Cash account, does not qualify to open a OnePay Cash account, or elects not to open a OnePay Cash account, their Prize will be awarded in the form of a $500.00 check. The total ARV of all Prizes throughout the Giveaway Period is $10,000.

Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are each Winner’s sole responsibility. Potential Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number before being awarded a Prize. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for and will not replace any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a Winner because of an incorrect or changed address. 

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) Prize per person throughout the Giveaway Period. No Prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude from the Giveaway any potential Winner or Winner who is suspected of theft, fraud, or any criminal activity related to Sponsor or its affiliates. Entries associated with a fraudulent OnePay Account(s) or other unauthorized use of a OnePay Account(s) and entries associated with any similar fraudulent or inappropriate activities relating to any such OnePay Account(s) will be void and all such Entrants may be disqualified.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIMS: Potential Winners will be notified by the Administrator or Sponsor via Instagram direct message or comment and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (“Affidavit”) (unless prohibited by law) within seven (7) days from date of Prize notification. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending of a direct message or comment to a potential Winner. If such Affidavit is not returned within the specified time period, a Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential Winner or a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected and notified for the applicable Prize. Prizes will be awarded within four (4) to six (6) weeks after all Winners have been confirmed.

GIVEAWAY RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. Giveaway Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, illegible, or incomplete entries, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Giveaway Entities. If for any reason this Giveaway is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and conduct a randomly drawing from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY: By entering, Entrants and Winners agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, including the aforementioned Giveaway Entities in the “ELIGIBILITY” section of these Official Rules, (now collectively defined as the “Releasees”) from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of a Prize. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Entrants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose, in fact or in law, relative to this Giveaway.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.

WINNER’S LIST/RULE REQUEST: To receive a winner list or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size (#10) envelope to be received by September 17, 2025 to: OnePay - 1 Million Points Giveaway, P.O. PRIVACY/REMOVAL REQUEST: Any identity and OnePay Account information used in connection with the Giveaway, that is not disclosed in connection with entering the Giveaway, shall be kept confidential and secure and will be subject to the privacy policy or policies governing your OnePay Account. Sponsor will not use or share your information for any reason other than to administer the Giveaway. To have yourself removed as an entrant in the Giveaway, please send your name, Instagram username, and address on a 3” x 5” card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to: OnePay - 1 Million Points Giveaway Removal Request, P.O.
