How do I update my address?#
Tap the profile button at the top right to access your Profile in the OnePay app
Select Account then Personal Information
Tap Edit next to your home or mailing address
Type your new address and select Confirm
You can also tap here and follow the steps above to update your address in the OnePay app.
Please use a physical residential address as your home address (we cannot accept business or commercial addresses). If you have a different mailing address, you can add that as well.
How do I add or update my mailing address?#
You can add or update your mailing address separately from your physical home address on your account. Your mailing address is where you'll receive your OnePay debit card or any mail related to your OnePay account. Your home address, not your mailing address, is used as the billing address for purchases.
How do I update my email address?#
Tap the profile button at the top right to access your Profile in the OnePay app
Select Account then Personal Information
Tap Edit next to your email
Type your new email address and select Confirm
Enter the one-time passcode sent to your new email
You can also tap here and follow the steps above to update your email address in the OnePay app.
If you no longer have access to the email address on file with OnePay, please reach out to Customer Support or say Agent to speak to a OnePay Specialist in chat.
How do I update my phone number?#
Tap the profile button at the top right to access your Profile in the OnePay app
Select Account then Personal Information
Tap Edit next to your phone number
Type your new phone number and select Confirm
Enter the one-time passcode sent to your new phone number
You can also tap here and follow the steps above to update your phone number in the OnePay app.
If you are unable to log in, please reach out to Customer Support or say Agent to speak to a OnePay Specialist in chat.
Can I use any phone number?#
You can use any U.S.-based mobile phone numbers that can receive text messages. Landlines cannot be used to create or access a OnePay account.
Can I add a preferred name on my account?#
If you’d like us to refer to you by a preferred name other than your legal first name, contact OnePay Customer Support or say Agent to speak to a OnePay Specialist. Once set, we’ll use your preferred name in the OnePay app, and most communications, and a new physical card with your preferred name will automatically be sent to you. Account statements, tax documents, and other official records will continue to use your legal first name.
Who can see my profile image and username?#
Your profile image and username are visible only to OnePay customers you’re connected with, including contacts you’ve synced. If another OnePay customer has your phone number saved, your profile may also appear when they sync their contacts. People who don’t have your contact information won’t see your photo or username.
How do I change my profile image?#
To update your profile image:
Open the OnePay app
Tap (person icon) to access your Profile
Select Edit under your name
Select Change your profile image
Select either Choose a new photo or Take a new photo and follow the on-screen prompts
How do I change my username?#
To update your username
Open the OnePay app
Tap (person icon) to access your Profile
Select Edit under your name
Select Change your username
Enter your new username and select Confirm
