What do I need to know before transferring crypto from an external account into OnePay?#
Before sending crypto, make sure you have the correct:
Crypto asset
Network for that asset
Wallet address or QR code
Some crypto transfers may also require a memo or destination tag to be entered. A memo or destination tag is a short code used to match your transfer to your account. If required, it will be shown with your deposit details and should be included exactly as displayed.
Crypto transactions cannot be canceled or reversed once they are sent. You may want to send a small test amount first before sending a larger transfer.
Deposit times can vary depending on the crypto asset and network. Once the transfer is completed, the status will update in your OnePay Crypto account.
How do I access the funds from my Crypto sales?#
When you sell cryptocurrency, the funds are added automatically to your OnePay Checking balance, and you do not need to withdraw manually from your OnePay Crypto account.
To sell cryptocurrency:
Open the OnePay app
Select Crypto from the Home tab
Select the crypto you’d like to sell
Select Sell and follow the on-screen instructions
You can also tap here to begin placing your crypto sell order.
The proceeds from your crypto sales are available in your OnePay Checking balance shortly after the transaction is executed. Once the sale is confirmed, funds are generally accessible without a holding period.

Make sure you select the correct crypto and network before sending. If you’re unsure how to send crypto, refer to the instructions provided by the platform you are sending from.
How do I send crypto from my OnePay Crypto account?#
To send crypto:
Open the OnePay app
Go to Crypto
Select the crypto you want to send
Enter the recipient’s wallet address by pasting it, typing it, or scanning a QR code
Enter the amount you want to send
Review the transfer details
Confirm the transfer
If you’re sending to that address for the first time, you'll be prompted to verify that the transfer has been initiated by you.
Why am I being asked to verify my identity before sending?#
For security, OnePay may require additional verification before completing a crypto transfer.
If you’re sending to a new recipient address, step-up authentication is required. This may include a one-time passcode, a two-way text, the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, or an ID check.
Are there fees to send crypto?#
Network fees may apply and will be shown on the review screen before you confirm your transfer.
How long does it take for a crypto transfer to arrive in my digital wallet?#
Transfer times can vary depending on the blockchain network and network congestion. If your transfer is pending, it may still be going through network validation and confirmations.
Can I cancel or reverse a crypto transfer?#
No. Crypto transfers can’t be canceled or reversed once they’ve been submitted to the blockchain.
If you’re sending to a new address, consider sending a small test amount first.
What happens if I send crypto to the wrong address or send the wrong amount?#
Crypto transfers are final once submitted to the blockchain. OnePay can’t cancel, reverse, or recover funds sent to the wrong address or for the wrong amount. Double-check all transfer details before confirming.
How can I track my crypto deposit with a blockchain explorer?#
When you send crypto to your OnePay account from another platform, you can track its progress using a blockchain explorer.
A blockchain explorer is a public tool that shows the status of crypto transactions in real time. You can use it to check if your transaction was sent, whether it is still pending or confirmed, and view details like the amount and recipient address.
To track your deposit:
Get your Transaction Hash from the platform where you sent the crypto
Go to a blockchain explorer that matches the network your crypto was sent on
Paste the Transaction Hash into the explorer to view the transaction status
Make sure the recipient address shown matches your OnePay deposit address.

Why hasn’t my crypto deposit arrived yet?#
Crypto deposits are not instant. Your funds will appear in your OnePay account after the blockchain confirms the transaction.
Timing can vary depending on:
The network used
Network congestion
The transaction speed or fees selected when sending
If your transaction has been completed on the blockchain, your deposit may still be processing. The status in your OnePay app will update once it is received.
What should I do if I don’t see my crypto deposit?#
If your deposit hasn’t shown up yet:
Check the sending platform and make sure the transaction shows as completed, not pending or failed.
Check the blockchain explorer by using your transaction hash to confirm whether the transaction was successfully sent, and it has been confirmed on the network
Verify your details and confirm you used:
The correct wallet address
The correct network
Any required memo or destination tag (if applicable)
If everything looks correct and your deposit is still not visible, it may still be processing. The status in your OnePay app will update once it is received.
