What is the Refer-a-Friend Program?#

Eligible OnePay Cash customers can earn cash back by referring friends to open a OnePay Cash account. When eligible customers refer a friend through the app, and the friend opens an account using the referral link, they must complete any required actions within the time period displayed in the OnePay app, and you can both receive cash back, earned as OnePay Points. If eligible, you can view your current Refer-a-Friend offer and details in the Discover tab of the OnePay app.

How do I refer a friend to OnePay Cash?#

To refer a friend to OnePay Cash, follow these steps:

• Open the OnePay app

• Tap on the Discover tab

• Tap on the “Invite Friends” button

• Sync your contacts with OnePay if you haven’t already by tapping “Sync to continue”

• Select the contact of the friend you’d like to refer, and send them the SMS that contains your unique link

Alternatively, you can access the referral screen by tapping the OnePay Cash tile from the Home screen and then Settings. From Settings and tap on the “Invite friends to OnePay Cash” option.

How many Refer-a-Friend bonuses can I earn?#

You may be eligible to earn multiple referral bonuses, and the number of bonuses and points you can earn may vary. You can check your referral details anytime in the Discover tab of the OnePay app.

How is the Referral Bonus earned?#

Once the person you have referred uses your unique link to sign up for a OnePay Cash account, they must unlock Cash+ within 45 days of opening their account. Once they unlock Cash+, you will both receive points, which can be redeemed for cashback. The amount of points will be visible in your OnePay app. Note that there is a limit of 10 total Referral Bonuses.

When will I receive my referral bonus?#

You will receive your Refer-a-Friend bonus within 5 days of when the person you invited opens a OnePay Cash account, and completes any required actions in the time period stated in the OnePay app. If the person you referred must make a purchase, you will be paid after that purchase is settled and no longer pending. You can check the status of your referrals in the OnePay app.
