Can I receive a domestic wire transfer?#

Your OnePay deposit account can receive wire transfers. To know which wire instructions you should use, you must first determine whether your banking services are provided by Coastal Community Bank or Lead Bank. You can do this by following these steps:

  • Open the OnePay app

  • From the home tab, select Banking

  • Select the settings icon in the upper-right corner

  • At the bottom of the screen,  you will see one of the following:

    • Banking services are provided by Coastal Community Bank, member FDIC.

    • Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, member FDIC.

In order to receive a domestic wire, the sender needs to include the following information:

Can I send a wire transfer?#

Although you can receive wire transfers to any of your pockets, you cannot send a wire transfer from your OnePay deposit account.

Are there fees to receive a wire transfer?#

OnePay does not charge fees to receive either a domestic or international wire transfer.

How long do Wire Transfers take?#

Funds from domestic wires will be made available on the business day they are received, or on the effective date of the transfer or payment if later than the business day received. This means domestic wires sent to OnePay before 5:00 p.m. ET will generally be posted by the end of that business day. Wires sent after 5:00 p.m. ET may not post until the following business day.

International wires sent to OnePay can take a few business days to post to a customer’s account as they are often sent through intermediary financial institutions from various time zones and may require currency conversions.

We will reach out to you via email if we need more information.
