Privacy Choices - I have a data rights request. What do I do?#
Depending on what your request is about, one of two sets of rights may apply:
Financial information (GLBA)
If you have a financial product or account with us, federal law (the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) governs how we handle your nonpublic personal information — things like account details, balances, and transaction history. Our GLBA Privacy Notice explains the choices you have over how this information is collected, used, and shared.
Other personal information (state law)
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under your state's privacy law covering other personal information we hold about you — separate from the GLBA protections above.
How to submit a request (same process for either type)
Call: 1-855-830-6200
Write to: OnePay, P.O. Box 513717, Los Angeles, CA 90051
We'll respond in accordance with applicable law.
