How can I keep my account safe?#
Never share your account or personal information. Please be aware that OnePay will never ask for any sign-in information, such as your app Passcode or one-time verification code, full Social Security number (aside from when you open an account), or account passwords. Any email correspondence from OnePay will be sent from an address ending in @onepay.com.
If you believe that you are a victim of a scam, contact our Customer Support team immediately or say Agent in chat to be connected to a OnePay Specialist.
How can I change my passcode?#
Tap the profile button at the top right to access your Profile in the OnePay app
Select Account
Tap Change passcode
Enter your current account passcode
Create and confirm a new four-digit passcode
Your new account passcode will be updated immediately
You can also tap here to change your passcode in the OnePay app.
Please note that the passcode can only be changed via the OnePay App
If you are experiencing issues with your passcode, please contact Customer Service.
What do I use my passcode for?#
Your account passcode is required to verify certain requests on your account, including:
Logging into your account on a new device and the website
Updating your profile information
If you have already logged in on a device and have turned on face recognition or fingerprint authentication, you will not be required to enter a passcode during the login process.
I forgot my passcode. How can I reset it?#
You can reset your passcode only through the OnePay App.
To reset your passcode:
Begin the login process from your OnePay App.
Tap on Reset Passcode when you reach the passcode screen
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your app passcode
If you are experiencing issues with your passcode, please contact Customer Service or say Agent in chat to be connected to a OnePay Specialist.
