When will I be billed for my Wireless plan?#
Your plan is prepaid and billed monthly (30-day cycle). Your first payment is charged during setup, and future payments are processed automatically on the last day of your payment cycle, unless canceled. You'll receive a reminder before your next payment is charged.
What payment methods can I use for my Wireless plan?#
Wireless plan payments are processed each month automatically.
If you have a OnePay Cash account, payments are taken from your OnePay Cash Debit balance. If there are insufficient funds, your backup payment method, Savings Backup, or Overdraft Protection, if enabled. You can also choose to pay with a linked external debit or credit card.
If you don’t have a OnePay Cash account, you’ll need to use a linked external debit or credit card as your payment method.
How do I set a different payment method for my OnePay Wireless renewal?#
You can choose which payment method is used when your OnePay Wireless plan renews.
To set up or edit your payment methods:
Open the OnePay app
Tap the Wireless tab on your home page
Tap Payments
Select a linked debit or credit card, or add a new card
How can I setup a backup payment method?#
You can set up a backup payment method for your Wireless plan using an external debit or credit card.
Your backup payment method will be used if your primary payment method doesn’t have enough funds.
You can add or update your backup payment method at any time in the app.
If you set up a backup payment method prior to 4/13/26, it will load your Cash account using an external debit card instead of paying for your Wireless plan directly. You can update your backup payment method to use a debit or credit card for direct payment anytime in the app.
How can I view my Wireless payments?#
To view your payment history and charges in the OnePay app:
Tap on Wireless from your home tab
Select Payments, then Payment activity
Where can I see my Wireless plan details?#
You can view your current Wireless plan, payment method, and renewal date by selecting the Wireless Tile from the Home Tab in the OnePay app.
Can I add more lines or create a family plan?#
At this time, only single-line plans are available. We’ll share updates if additional line options become available in the future.
How do I cancel my Wireless plan?#
You can cancel your Wireless plan in the app at any time. Service will remain active through the end of your current payment cycle unless stated otherwise.
To cancel your Wireless plan in the OnePay app:
Tap on Wireless from your home tab in the OnePay app
Select Payments, then Cancel plan, and follow the on-screen instructions
To view your transfer details to transfer your phone number to another carrier:

What happens to my Wireless plan if I close my OnePay Cash account?#
If you close your OnePay Cash account and do not have a Wireless payment setup through your OnePay Wallet, your Wireless account will be closed as well. If you close your OnePay Wallet, your Wireless account will also be closed. You’ll keep service through the end of your current prepaid period, but you won’t be able to renew or reactivate.
