How can I view my loan info in the app?#

You can tap Personal Loan in the OnePay app to view your loan amount, next payment, terms, and payment history.

Where can I find my loan documents and statements?#

To view your loan documents in the OnePay app:

  • Open the OnePay app

  • Tap the profile button at the top-right to access your Profile in the OnePay app

  • Tap Documents

  • Select the appropriate document type

What payment methods can I use?#

You can make payments using a bank account and routing number, and in some specific cases, via debit card. You cannot pay via credit card.

How do I change my payment method?#

You can change your payment method in the OnePay app or by calling a OnePay Personal Loans Specialist at +1 (855) 633-6907.

To update your payment method in the app:

  • Open the OnePay app.

  • Under Your credit, tap Personal Loans.

  • Under your remaining loan balance, tap Manage payments.

  • Select Make a payment.

  • Choose the bank account you want to use for the payment.

How can I tell if my Personal Loan is past due?#

You will see a notification about the personal loan being past due in the Personal Loan section of the OnePay app.

How do I turn autopay on/off?#

To set up or turn off Autopay:

  • Open the OnePay app.

  • Tap Personal Loans under Your credit.

  • Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.

  • Select Autopay settings.

  • From there, you can manage Autopay.

How do I make a payment manually?#

To make a payment for your personal loan manually:

  • Open the OnePay app.

  • Under Your credit, tap Personal Loans.

  • Under your remaining loan balance, tap Manage payments.

  • Tap Make a payment.

  • Choose one of the available payment options, such as:

    • Payment due

    • Pay off full balance

    • Other amount

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your payment.

Do I have the option to change the due date of my OnePay Personal Loan?#

You can select a new due date for your personal loan. However, the new due date can only be up to 15 days before or after your original due date. Please note that the due date can only be changed once per billing cycle.

To make the changes to your Personal Loan due date:

  • Open the OnePay app.

  • Tap Personal Loans under Your credit.

  • Tap the settings icon.

  • Select Change due date.

  • Choose a new monthly due date.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts.

Can I request a payoff quote?#

To request a payoff quote:

  • Open the OnePay app.

  • Tap Personal Loans under Your credit.

  • Tap Manage payments under your remaining loan balance.

  • Select Get payoff quote.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts.

What is the minimum amount I can pay toward my loan?#

You can make a minimum payment of $1 toward your OnePay Personal Loan, up to the total remaining balance.

Are there any fees associated with a OnePay Personal Loan?#

Yes, a OnePay Personal Loan has an origination fee of 1.85% to 9.99% of the loan amount. This fee is deducted from your loan principle before the funds are sent to you.

You may also be charged a $10 fee for a failed electronic or check payment. Your bank may charge its own fee separately.

If your full payment is not received within 15 calendar days of your due date, you may be charged a late fee of up to $10. This late fee is charged once for each late payment.
