What is the status of my order?#

Please refer to your purchase confirmation email from Walmart or the Walmart app for tracking the status of your order. In the OnePay app, your purchase will be displayed as “processing” until Walmart finalizes your purchase.

Why is my purchase still “processing”?#

Your purchase may show “processing” while the purchase finalizes, usually within a few days of your purchase (in some rare cases, it may take up to 30 days). During this time, payments will not be due, and you will not incur any interest. If you have questions about the status of your order, we recommend reaching out to Walmart directly.

What happens if Walmart cancels my order?#

If Walmart cancels your order, the refund from Walmart will be applied towards the OnePay Later at Walmart balance. If the credit is equal to or more than the balance owed, your OnePay Later at Walmart purchase will be closed, and any additional credit will be returned to you. If the refund is for less than the full balance, you will still owe any outstanding balance. If you have questions about why your order was cancelled or the details of your order, please contact Walmart directly.

What happens if I cancel or return an order?#

OnePay will process any cancellations or returns as soon as Walmart processes them. If you are shipping an item back to Walmart, let us know so we can pause any payments due while the return is processed by Walmart. To contact us in-app:

  • Select the Pay Later tile from the Home tab

  • Select the support icon in the upper right corner

  • Choose Report a Return 

  • Select the purchase you are inquiring about (if you have multiple OnePay Later loans)

  • Answer the questions to provide a few details about your order

Once a cancellation or return is processed, you should receive a credit toward your loan for the canceled or returned amount. Note that if you received your refund to another card or on a gift card, you will still be required to pay your OnePay Later at Walmart balance.

How long until I receive a refund for my return?#

Refunds are posted when Walmart receives the items and processes the return. Once your return has been completed, you will see the adjustment made to your balance. If you have questions about the status of your return or order, please contact Walmart directly.

How do I dispute a purchase made with OnePay Later at Walmart?#

If you have issues with your order, we recommend contacting Walmart to resolve your concern. To dispute a purchase made with OnePay Later at Walmart, contact us in-app:

  • Select the Pay Later tile from the Home tab

  • Select the support icon in the upper right corner

  • Select Report a Problem

  • Select which purchase you are inquiring about (if you have multiple Pay Later loans)

  • Answer the questions to provide a few details about your order

How do I dispute a payment?#

You may dispute a OnePay Later payment by contacting Customer Service or by saying File Dispute in chat. To contact us in-app:

  • Select the Pay Later tile from the Home tab

  • Select the chat icon in the upper right corner

  • Tap chat with support

  • Select which loan you are inquiring about (if you have multiple Pay Later loans)

What will happen if I miss a payment?#

A late fee of up to $7 will be applied to your loan. Interest accrues daily on your outstanding balance, so late or partial payments can increase the total cost of your loan. Late payments may also be reported to the credit bureaus.
