Where do I see the financing terms?#
You can view your financing terms in the OnePay app by tapping the Pay Later card on the home screen. From there, you can view your payment schedule or tap Manage in the top right corner to see additional information.
What payment methods are accepted?#
At this time, you can make a OnePay Later payment using a linked debit card.
How do I make a payment?#
To make the next payment due for a loan(s):
Tap on Pay Later from your home tab in the OnePay app
Select Pay next to the appropriate purchase
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment
Where can I find my payment schedule details?#
You'll receive your full payment schedule, including details of your first due payment, by email once your purchase is processed. You may also view your payment schedule at any time in the OnePay app. If a down payment is required, it's due at the time of purchase.
How can I set up autopay?#
To set up Autopay:
Tap on Pay Later from your home tab in the OnePay app
Select the purchase for which you want to enable Autopay
Select settings and turn on Autopay
Choose your payment source or add a new one
To change your payment method for Autopay:
Tap on Pay Later from your home tab in the OnePay app
Choose the purchase for which you want to update your payment method
Tap the arrow next to Autopay On
Select the arrow next to your current payment method, then select where you’d like your Autopay payment to come from.
Can I make my payment ahead of time or pay off my purchase early?#
You can make a payment on a OnePay Later purchase anytime by logging into your OnePay account and selecting the Pay button. There are no fees or penalties for paying off your loan early, and you may pay less total interest.
