When do I receive my OnePay Points?#

OnePay Points are usually added to your account after an eligible purchase settles. For some additional offers, it may take up to 10 days for points to appear. Points earned through Bonuses are added after the Bonus expires, or as described in the specific Bonus terms.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?#

There is no overall limit to how many OnePay Points you can earn. However, individual rewards may have limits on how many points you can earn, which will be communicated to you along with the other reward details.

How do I redeem my OnePay Points?#

You can redeem your OnePay Points in the OnePay app once you have at least 25 points available.

To redeem your points:

• Open the OnePay app and tap the green points badge from the Home tab

• Tap Redeem.

• Choose how many points you want to redeem.

• Select how you want to redeem your points:

  • As a deposit into your OnePay deposit account

  • As a statement credit applied to your CashRewards or Walmart Spend Card.

  • To buy cryptocurrency or invest in stocks and ETFs, if you have a OnePay Crypto or Invest account.

• Confirm your redemption.

If you redeem points as a deposit, the cash back is deposited into your Checking or Savings balance; whichever option you’ve selected.

Statement credits are applied to the balance of the applicable OnePay product within 1–2 billing cycles after the redemption is completed. Once a redemption is completed, it can’t be canceled.

Each OnePay Point is worth $0.01. For example, 100 OnePay Points can be redeemed for $1.

Do OnePay Points expire?#

OnePay Points earned with your OnePay Debit Card or Builder Card will not expire. 

Points you earn with OnePay Wallet at Walmart will expire 90 days after you earn them, unless you have a OnePay deposit account or a OnePay credit card. Once you open either, those Walmart points will not expire.

Any other points you earn with OnePay Wallet will not expire.

Some offers are automatically activated for eligible cards, while others require activation in the app. You can see which linked cards in your OnePay Wallet are eligible to unlock more offers right from the OnePay app.

To unlock more offers for cards in your OnePay Wallet 

• Open the OnePay app

• Link any card to your Wallet

• Tap the green points button from the Home tab

• Tap the “i” icon in the top-left corner of the Rewards tab

• Enroll your eligible cards

How do I link my Walmart+ account to my OnePay CashRewards Card?#

We will attempt to link your Walmart+ account automatically during your application.

If successful, your Walmart+ status will stay up to date for rewards earned. If you use a different email address on your Walmart.com profile, you can link it manually from the OnePay app:

• Select the Credit Card tile from the home tab

• Select Settings

• Select Walmart+ account

• Enter the email address linked to your Walmart+ account

• Select Link account

What happens with my OnePay CashRewards Card if I cancel my Walmart+ membership?#

You’ll still earn 3% back at Walmart with your OnePay CashRewards Card, which means 3 points for each $1 spent on a purchase at Walmart. You’ll also continue to earn 1.5% back everywhere else Mastercard is accepted.

Rewards are awarded as OnePay Points, which you can redeem for cash back into your OnePay deposit account or other available options. Refer to the OnePay Rewards Terms for full program terms.
