How quickly can Builder Card help build my credit, and when will it appear on my credit report?#
Building credit takes time, so it’s normal not to see a change in your credit score right away. Your Builder Card should appear on your credit report within 60 days of onboarding, usually a few days after your first due date.
On your credit report, the account may appear as:
“CCB/OneProgress Services”
“OneProgress Services LLC”
“OnePay”
Everyone’s credit history is different, so there isn’t a set timeline for how quickly or how much your credit score may change. Other activity on your credit report can also affect your score, and using Builder Card does not guarantee that your credit score will improve.
Why does my credit report not show as paid for the most recent month?#
It may take a few weeks for credit bureaus to update your credit reports. They are not a real-time picture of what your credit looks like now.
If you see something that isn’t accurate on your credit report, you can dispute it by contacting the creditor directly or by contacting any of the three major credit bureaus.
To submit a credit reporting dispute with OnePay, please contact the Customer Service team or say Agent in chat to speak with a OnePay Specialist. Credit bureau reporting disputes and documentation can be mailed to OnePay, PO Box 513717, Los Angeles, CA 90051-3717.

Do you report to all 3 bureaus?#
Yes, we report to Equifax®, TransUnion®, and Experian®.
Why did my credit score drop after I switched to Builder Card?#
When you open a new credit account, your credit score may temporarily decrease or fluctuate based on changes to your overall credit history . Your credit score may improve as your Builder Card activity is reported. OnePay does not post a hard inquiry to your credit report when you switch to Builder Card. Your credit score depends on many factors, and using the Builder Card does not guarantee that your credit score will improve. There may be other factors that have influenced your credit score.
How can I monitor my credit score?#
If you have OnePay Credit Score enabled, you can view and track your credit score right from the Home tab of your OnePay app. If OnePay Credit Score is not enabled, you will see the option to enable this feature under the Discover More section within your OnePay app.
