How do I close my account?#
To close your OnePay deposit account or remove your teen as an authorized user, contact OnePay Customer Service. You can call us or chat with us anytime. Chat is available 24/7 from the Profile page in the OnePay app. Type “Agent” in the chat to connect with a OnePay Specialist.
What do I need to do before I close my account?#
Before you close your account, here are a few things to keep in mind:
If you’ve earned OnePay Points, you can redeem them for cash back (you’ll need at least 25 points).
Be sure to cancel or move any direct deposits, recurring transfers, or bill payments to another account.
You’ll need to bring your total Checking and Savings balance to zero and ensure that all your transactions have been posted or are finalized, not pending
If you have a OnePay Credit Builder Loan, it will be closed along with your OnePay deposit account - note that prematurely terminating a loan may impact your credit score.
