What is the Cash Sweeps program?#
Cash Sweeps is a program that automatically spreads deposits across multiple FDIC-insured partner banks.
Your balance will look the same in the OnePay app, and you can access your money whenever you need it. There is no change to how you use your account.
Will this affect the balance I see in the OnePay app?#
No. Your full Cash balance will appear in the app exactly as it does today, even if your funds are held across multiple Cash Sweep Partner Banks. You can still access these funds at any time.
Who is included in the Cash Sweeps program?#
All OnePay Cash customers are automatically enrolled in the Cash Sweeps program, unless you opt out. You don’t need to sign up or take any action to participate.

Can I opt out of Cash Sweeps?#
Yes, you can request to opt out of the Cash Sweeps program at any time by contacting our Customer Support team at +1 (855) 830-6200 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, 7 days a week.

Please note that opting out is a permanent change. Once you opt out, you won’t be able to rejoin the Cash Sweeps program. Opting out does not close your Cash Account or affect how you access your money.
