What’s the difference between my virtual card and physical OnePay Credit Card?#
Your virtual card is available instantly in the OnePay app and is perfect for online purchases. You can also add it to select mobile wallets, including Google Pay and Samsung Pay, or use it with the OnePay/Walmart Wallet. (Note: The OnePay CashRewards Card cannot be added to Apple Pay.) You can generate a new virtual card number at any time if you need extra security or a replacement.
Your physical card arrives in the mail and can be used in-store wherever Mastercard is accepted. Once you receive it, you can also add it to Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or the OnePay/Walmart Wallet for contactless purchases.

Whether your card is stolen, missing, or damaged, you can request a replacement directly from the OnePay app.

What Happens Next?#
Stolen or Missing Card: Your card will be deactivated immediately to prevent unauthorized purchases. A new card will be mailed to the address on file and should arrive within 7–10 business days. You can track the status of your OnePay card by tapping Track card from the Home tab of the OnePay app.
Damaged Card: Your current card remains active while the new one is on its way. The replacement will have the same card number but a new expiration date and CVC.
Updating Subscriptions & Payments#
For stolen or missing cards, you’ll need to manually update your subscriptions and recurring payments with the new card details.
For damaged cards, most subscriptions will update automatically, but it’s a good idea to double-check with your providers to avoid interruptions.
