What are some risks to consider before opening a Crypto account?#
Buying and selling cryptocurrency comes with risks, including the possibility of losing money. Some key risks to be aware of include:
Market Risk: The value of crypto can rise or fall based on overall market activity and global economic events.
Volatility Risk: Cryptocurrencies are known for rapid and sometimes extreme price swings.
Liquidity Risk: While major cryptocurrencies are generally easy to buy and sell, sudden market conditions can impact execution or pricing.
Technology & Security Risk: Crypto trading depends on technology, and outages, cyberattacks, or system disruptions can affect access or execution.
Regulatory Risk: Changes in government regulations or laws may impact crypto trading or availability.
No Guaranteed Returns: Crypto is highly speculative, and past performance is not a predictor of future results.
If you sell crypto for less than you paid, you may lose money. Values can change at any time, and there are no guaranteed returns. OnePay Crypto is a self-directed platform. You are responsible for making your own investment decisions.
