Ollie's Frozen Finscape Contest

AMENDMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES (December 24, 2025): Due to a technical issue with the Game and to preserve the integrity of the Contest, effective immediately, eligibility is restricted to those Participants who received the Ollie’s Frozen Finscape Contest invitation email on December 23, 2025. The Contest is closed to all other individuals. The Game is accessible exclusively via the link provided in said invitation email. Any provisions in these Rules regarding general app accessibility are superseded by this amendment. 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Please read these Official Rules before entering Ollie's Frozen Finscape Contest (the “Contest”). By registering to play Ollie’s Frozen Finscape or by submitting a Game Play (as defined below), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of One Finance, Inc. (“Sponsor”, “we”, “our” or “us”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on December 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59PM PT on December 31, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Contest, you must be (i) a legal permanent resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Colorado Connecticut, Maryland and Vermont  and at least the age of majority in your state of residence (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states); and (ii) a OnePay Cash or OnePay CashRewards customer at the time of of participation who received the Ollie’s Frozen Finscape Contest Invitations Email (the “Invite”) on December 23, 2025 (each, a “Participant”). OnePay Cash and OnePay CashRewards customers located in Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, and Vermont who received the Invite may play Ollie’s Frozen Finscape, but are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Employees of Sponsor, and each of its subsidiaries (collectively, “Contest Entities”), and their immediate families (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this Contest. Contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

All Game Plays must occur during the Contest Period in order to be considered for the Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is completely released of all liability by each Participant in this Contest and does not sponsor or endorse this Contest.

ONEPAY APP: To participate in the Contest, Participants will need to have the OnePay – Mobile Banking application, version 5.44.0 (the “App”)  on their mobile device and sign up to play Ollie’s Frozen Finscape (the “Game”) in the app, using the phone number linked to their OnePay Account. If a Participant does not already have the App on their mobile device, Participants can visit the applicable app store and search "OnePay" to download and install the App. By participating in the Contest via a mobile device, Participants must be connected to WiFi or have a data service plan for their mobile device with their service provider. Standard data rates may apply. Participants are instructed to check with their mobile device provider for pricing plan details and capabilities.

HOW TO PLAY: During the Contest Period, Participants can access the Game exclusively by clicking the link provided in the Invite. The object of the Game is to achieve the highest score possible in the time provided for each round by collecting as many virtual “rewards” as possible.  A Participant’s total score in each round is based on the number of virtual rewards collected and how quickly the round is completed. Successfully completing all three levels of the Game is a “Game Play”. Upon completing a Game Play a Participant’s total score will be eligible for the Contest. Participants may have multiple Game Plays, but only the single highest total score achieved from all of a Participant’s Game Plays will be entered into the Contest and recorded on the Contest leaderboard. In the event a Participant beats their previous highest total score, the total score from that new Game Play will replace that Participant’s previous high total score on the leaderboard. A total score must be submitted no later than 11:59PM PT on December 31st to be considered as an entry into the Contest.

No mechanically or programmatically reproduced Game Plays are permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of Game Plays for Participants. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, delayed or damaged Game Plays, or failed internet connections. By submitting a Game Play, Participant warrants and represents that he/she consents to the Game Play and use of the Game Play in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein.

WINNER DETERMINATION: At the conclusion of the Contest Period, the five (5) Participants with the highest total scores on the leaderboard will be deemed potential Grand Prize winners, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. The next ninety-five (95) Participants on the leaderboard (i.e. high total scores 6-100) will be deemed potential First Prize winners, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event there is a tie between the total scores of two (2) or more Participants, the tie will be broken based on who completed their Game Play in the shortest amount of time, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, with the Participant who completed their Game Play fastest to be deemed to have the highest total score of the tied Participants.

Participants are prohibited from manipulating the Game or partaking in any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public and/or using any websites or online forums designed to manipulate or enhance participation in the Game, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All Game Play entrants into the Contest will be subject to final verification by Sponsor. Use of script, macro or other automated system to play the Game or with the intent to impair the integrity of the a Game Play is prohibited and all such Game Plays will be void. 

GRAND PRIZES (5): Five (5) winners will each receive 30,000 OnePay Points. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $300.00.

FIRST PRIZES (95): Ninety-five (95) winners will each receive 10,000 OnePay Points. ARV of each First Prize: $100.00.

An active OnePay Cash account or OnePay CashRewards credit card (each, a “OnePay Account”) is required to accept the Prize. OnePay Points may be redeemed as a deposit into a OnePay Cash account or as a statement credit to a OnePay CashRewards Card or Walmart Spend Card in accordance with the OnePay Rewards Terms. The total ARV of all prizes throughout the Contest Period is $11,000.00.

Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are each winner’s sole responsibility. Potential winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number before being awarded a prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Contest Entities are not responsible for and will not replace any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) prize per person throughout the Contest Period. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude from the Contest any potential winner who is suspected of theft, fraud, or any criminal activity related to Sponsor or its affiliates. Game Plays associated with a fraudulent OnePay Account(s) or other unauthorized use of a OnePay Account(s) and Game Plays associated with any similar fraudulent or inappropriate activities relating to any such OnePay Account(s) will be void and all such Participants may be disqualified.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE CLAIMS: Potential winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (“Affidavit”) (unless prohibited by law) within seven (7) days from date of prize notification. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending of a direct message or comment to a potential winner. If such Affidavit is not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected and notified for the applicable prize. Prizes will be awarded within six (6) weeks after all winners have been confirmed.

LICENSE/USE OF GAME PLAYS:  By submitting a Game Play, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant the Contest Entities a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub licensable, unconditional and transferable license to edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, reproduce, encode, store, modify, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse your Game Play, name, photo, and biographical material including, but not limited to, all materials submitted in connection with the Contest in any and all media, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to Participant or any third party.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, or incomplete Game Plays, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsor may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick Game Play programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participants, Sponsor, or Contest Entities. If for any reason this Contest is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and determine the winners using the winner determination process outlined above from those Game Plays received up to the cancellation or suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY: By entering, Participants and winners agree to comply with all Official Rules, as stated and agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, including the aforementioned Contest Entities in the “ELIGIBILITY” section of these Official Rules, (now collectively defined as the “Releasees”) from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of a prize. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of or damage to property; and claims of third parties. Participants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose, in fact or in law, relative to this Contest.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.

WINNER’S LIST/RULE REQUEST: To receive a winner list or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped business-size (#10) envelope to be received by January 25th, 2026 to: Ollie's Frozen Finscape Game Contest, P.O. Box 513717, Los Angeles, CA 90051. Please specify “Winner List” or “Rules Request.”

PRIVACY/REMOVAL REQUEST: Any identity and OnePay Account information used in connection with the Contest, that is not disclosed in connection with entering the Contest, shall be kept confidential and secure and will be subject to the privacy policy or policies governing your OnePay Account. Sponsor will not use or share your information for any reason other than to administer the Contest. To have yourself removed as a Participant in the Contest, please send your name, Instagram username, and address on a 3” x 5” card in a postage-affixed sealed envelope to: Ollie's Frozen Finscape Game Contest Removal Request, P.O. Box 513717, Los Angeles, CA 90051.
