OnePay Crypto Bonus Terms and Conditions
Bonus Period: April 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
To participate in this Bonus (as defined below), you must be an existing OnePay Cash customer (each, an “Eligible Customer). Eligibility and any promotional rewards are non-transferable. Limit of one Bonus per Eligible Customer.
Eligible customers who, during the Bonus Period, open a OnePay Crypto account in good standing and complete their first cryptocurrency purchase of at least $5.00 will receive $5.00 of the same cryptocurrency purchased, credited to their OnePay Crypto account (the “Bonus”). The Bonus will be issued only in connection with the Eligible Customer’s first successfully completed cryptocurrency purchase and will be awarded once per Eligible Customer, based on a single qualifying purchase order.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Bonus is only available to customers who already have an existing OnePay Cash account and subsequently open a OnePay Crypto account. Customers who open a OnePay Crypto account at the same time as opening a new OnePay Cash account are not eligible for this Bonus.
By accepting the Bonus, you authorize OneProgress Assets LLC to deposit the applicable cryptocurrency into your OnePay Crypto Account and you accept ownership of the Bonus. You agree that it is your responsibility to review and carefully consider the cryptocurrency, including the information available to you through the OnePay Crypto platform. Processing times may vary. The Bonus is typically credited to your OnePay Crypto account within a few minutes after the order is submitted; however, processing may be delayed, and the Bonus may take up to three (3) business days to appear in your account.
A “OnePay Crypto account” means the cryptocurrency account offered by OneProgress Assets LLC (“OnePay Crypto”) and powered by Zero Hash LLC This Bonus is solely offered through OneProgress Assets LLC , and not by any of its affiliates.
This Offer may be combined with other promotions made available by OnePay Crypto. If a particular action meets the eligibility criteria of this Bonus and other available bonuses or promotions, as determined by OnePay Crypto, in its sole discretion, that action will be applied to all such bonuses and promotions to the extent permitted by each of their terms and conditions.
Your OnePay Crypto account, governed by your OnePay Crypto Customer Agreement must be open and in good standing when any Bonus is initiated. If your account is closed or not in good standing at that time, the Bonus will be forfeited. You will not be entitled to any compensation from OneProgress Assets, its affiliates, or any other party if the Bonus is forfeited for any reason.
This Bonus may be modified or canceled at any time, with or without notice. If it is determined that a customer has engaged in or plans to engage in abuse or gaming in connection with this Bonus, that customer will be prohibited from further participation, and OnePay Crypto reserves the right to take additional remedial action, which may include liquidating your Bonus held in your Crypto Account. The value of any Bonus received by you may be taxable income to you. You are responsible for any federal or state taxes resulting from the receipt of any Bonus and should consult your tax advisor if you have questions about the tax treatment of any Bonus.

The OnePay Cash account, offered by One Finance, Inc., serves as the exclusive funding source for your OnePay Crypto account.
