Who can redeem points for a gift card?#

Customers who have a OnePay deposit account or have a OnePay credit card can redeem their OnePay Points for a gift card.

What kind of gift cards can I get?#

Digital gift cards are available if you have a OnePay deposit account or OnePay credit card. The standard redemption rate for gift cards is 125 points per $1. Available gift card options can be found in the OnePay app during the redemption process, and merchants and card options may change over time.

Gift card amounts vary by merchant, and each merchant may set its own minimum and maximum gift card amount. Some gift cards may expire. For details, check the gift card terms included in the email you received or contact the merchant directly.

How do I redeem my points for a gift card?#

You can redeem your OnePay Points in the OnePay app once you have at least 25 points available. Some gift cards require more than 25 points as a minimum.

To redeem OnePay Points for a gift card:

• Open the OnePay app.

• Tap your points or find your Rewards page.

• Tap Redeem.

• Tap Gift cards.

• Choose the gift card you want.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to select or enter an amount.

• Select a recipient.

  • When sending to a friend, be sure to review the email address carefully.
    IMPORTANT: Once sent, the redemption cannot be voided, replaced, or refunded, nor is OnePay responsible for any lost or stolen cards.

• Review and confirm the redemption.

• Receive your gift card via an email to yourself; alternatively, you may also add it to your Google or Apple Wallet, as applicable.

  • When sending to a friend, they will receive the gift card via the email address provided earlier.

How can I receive my gift card?#

You can have your gift card sent to your email address on your OnePay profile, and you may be able to add it to your Google or Apple Wallet. Not all gift cards can be added to digital wallets, so that option may not appear for every card.

Can I send a gift card to someone else?#

Yes, you can send a gift card to a friend by email. Be sure to review the email address carefully before confirming. Once you send a gift card to a friend, the redemption cannot be reversed.

I sent a gift card to my friend, but they never received it. What should I do?#

Please contact OnePay Customer Service for assistance.

Can I exchange, cancel, or void my gift card after I make a points redemption for it?#

No. All gift card redemptions are final. They cannot be exchanged for a different merchant, and once issued, they cannot be canceled or voided.

Will my gift card still work if the merchant is no longer listed on the app?#

Yes. Once a gift card has been issued, it will remain valid even if it is later removed from the list of available options in the OnePay app. A gift card is subject to the merchant issuer's terms and conditions.

How do I check my gift card balance?#

You can contact the merchant directly to check the balance of the gift card.
