How do I redeem my OnePay Points?#

You can redeem your OnePay Points in the OnePay app once you have at least 25 points available.

To redeem your points:

• Open the OnePay app and tap your points or find your Rewards page.

• Tap Redeem.

• Choose how many points you want to redeem.

• Select how you want to redeem your points:

  • As a deposit into your OnePay deposit account
    NOTE: This can be used to buy cryptocurrency or invest in stocks and ETFs if you have a OnePay Crypto or Invest account.

  • As a statement credit applied to your CashRewards or Walmart Spend Card.

  • As a digital gift card to an available merchant of your choice for customers who bank through OnePay or have a OnePay credit card.

• Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your redemption.

If you redeem points as a deposit, the cash back is deposited into the destination you selected in your OnePay deposit account.

Statement credits are applied to the balance of the applicable OnePay product within 1–2 billing cycles after the redemption is completed. Once a redemption is completed, it can’t be canceled.
