As of May 12, 2025, OnePay Loans are no longer available for new purchases at Walmart. If you have an existing OnePay Loan, you can still manage your loan and stay on top of your payments in the OnePay app. This article explains how your loan works and where to find important details like your payment schedule. For our current loan offering, visit About OnePay Later powered by Klarna to learn more.

How do I make a loan payment?#
To make the next payment due for a loan(s):

If you pay more than your payment amount, it will be applied to the principal balance.
Why does my loan balance increase every day? #
OnePay uses the daily simple interest method to calculate interest. This means that interest accrues daily on your outstanding loan amount.
How can I view my previous loans that have been paid off?#
You can access paid off loans in the OnePay app. To view your paid off loans, follow these steps:
Tap the profile button at the top right to access your Profile in the OnePay app

Select the arrow next to Autopay On
Select the arrow next to your current payment method, then select where you’d like your Autopay payment to come from.
Can I pay early or pay more than my scheduled payment? #
You can make a payment before your due date by logging into your OnePay account and selecting the Pay or Pay Early button on the specific loan you would like to make a payment on. Payments in excess of your monthly payment amount will go toward your loan balance to pay your loan down faster, but you may still be required to make a payment the following month. There are no fees or penalties for paying off your loan early, and you may pay less total interest.
What if I have loan payment issues? #
If your payment was declined, please select a different payment option. You can transfer funds from your OnePay Cash account, link an external debit card, or transfer funds from your bank for payment.
If you overpaid a scheduled payment, that extra amount will go towards your total loan balance, but you may still be required to make a payment the following month. There are no fees or penalties for paying off your loan early.

What account should I look for on my credit report?#
Your loan should show up as “OneProgress Services LLC or One/CCB” on your credit report. CCB stands for Coastal Community Bank, which partners with OnePay to provide the loan to you.
When do you report to the credit bureau?#
Each OnePay loan account is reported monthly to the credit bureaus.
Why does my credit report not show as paid for the most recent month?#
It may take a few weeks for credit bureaus to update your credit reports. They are not a real-time picture of what your credit looks like now.
What should I do if I see incorrect information on my credit report?#
If you see something that isn’t accurate on your credit report, you can dispute it by contacting the creditor directly or by contacting any of the three major credit bureaus.
To submit a credit reporting dispute with OnePay, please contact the Customer Service team or say Agent in chat to speak with a OnePay Specialist. Credit bureau reporting disputes and documentation can be mailed to OnePay, PO Box 513717, Los Angeles, CA 90051-3717.
What will happen if I can’t pay my loan?#
A late fee of $5 will be applied to your loan. Since OnePay uses the daily simple interest method to calculate interest, interest accrues daily on your outstanding loan balance. As a result, late or partial payments may increase the overall cost of your loan. Additionally, late payments may be reported to the credit bureaus.
