What is @Work Instapay?#
Instapay is a feature within OnePay @Work that may allow eligible customers to access a portion of the wages they have already earned but have not yet been paid.
The amount you can request is based on your earnings so far, including factors like hours worked, pay rate, and estimated deductions such as taxes.
To view and request available earnings:

Tap the @Work tile
Go to the Instapay section
The available amount shown reflects your current estimated net earnings.
How does Instapay work?#
Instapay works by connecting with your employer’s payroll and time tracking systems to estimate your earnings as you work.
Based on this information, you may be able to request a portion of your earned pay before your scheduled payday.
How often can I take an Instapay and how much can I get?#
How often you can use Instapay and how much you can access depends on your employer’s settings.
Many employers allow access to a portion of your earned pay, often up to a percentage of your net earnings, and may set limits on how frequently you can request it. Most employers allow up to 50% of your net earnings and at least once a week.
The amount shown reflects what may be available to you based on your current earnings and your employer’s rules.
If you need more details about limits or frequency, you can check with your employer.
