What is One to One?#

One to One is a free and simple way for OnePay customers to send and receive money with friends, family or co-workers. Money sent through One to One can only be transferred to a OnePay deposit account. If the recipient does not have a OnePay deposit account, you can sync your contacts to send them money via One to One, but they must open a OnePay deposit account one within 10 days of the money being sent, or it will be returned to the sender.

Teens who are an authorized user on a OnePay deposit account can also send and receive One to One payments. As a parent, you can manage your teen's One to One controls from the Teen or Family section on the Home tab; your teen can then use One to One based on the controls you set.
