- One to One transfers can only be transferred to a OnePay Cash account. If a recipient does not already have a OnePay Cash account they must open an account within 10 days from the date the One to One is initiated, otherwise the money will be returned to the sender. Customers must sync their contacts to send One to One transfers to individuals who don't have a OnePay Cash account.
