OnePay Invest: Round-ups Bonus offer Terms and Conditions

To participate in the Bonus (as defined below) 

you must open a OnePay Invest account, be in good standing and directly receive from OnePay an email, push notification, or in-app message promoting the Bonus (each, an “Eligible Customer”) during the Bonus Period. This Bonus is non-transferable. Limit of one per Eligible Customer

An Eligible Customer who has enabled Round-Ups and selects a OnePay Invest account as their “Round-Up” destination will receive cash back equal to the amount of their stock purchases through the Round-ups feature, during the Bonus Period, up to a max of $5.00 cash back in total (the “Bonus”).  You will not receive any cash back for your stock purchases through Round-Ups after reaching the maximum amount of cash back offered through this Bonus.  

Cash back is provided in the form of OnePay Points, which can be redeemed into a OnePay deposit account or a statement credit to a OnePay credit card subject to the OnePay Rewards Terms. Points will be credited within five (5) business days following the settlement date of the applicable stock purchase made through the Round-Ups feature. For example, if you authorize a OnePay Debit Card purchase of $9.01, $.99 will be the Round-up amount invested in your pre-selected stock. Once the $.99 purchase of your pre-selected stock settles, you will then be credited with 99 points.

Your OnePay Invest account, including the Round-ups feature, is governed by your OnePay Invest Customer Agreement, If your Invest account is closed or not in good standing when any OnePay Points are credited, your OnePay Points may be forfeited. You will not be entitled to any compensation from One Growth Investments LLC, its affiliates, or any other party if OnePay Points are forfeited for any reason. 

This Bonus  may be modified or canceled at any time, with or without notice. If it is determined that a customer has engaged in or plans to engage in abuse or gaming in connection with this Bonus, that customer will be prohibited from further participation, and OnePay reserves the right to take additional remedial action,which may include revocation of OnePay Points and recovery of cash back deposited into that customer’s OnePay deposit account. OnePay may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC, or other appropriate forms relating to OnePay Points earned through this Bonus.
