AutoPay Electronic Payment Authorization

In this AutoPay Electronic Payment Authorization ("Authorization"), the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to OneProgress Services, LLC, One Finance, Inc., (collectively, “OnePay”) including its successors, assigns, bank partners, agents, and service providers. The words "you" and "your" mean the borrower or other person executing this Authorization. The words "Agreement" means the OnePay Builder Credit Card Agreement between borrower and us. 

AUTHORIZATION FOR CARD PAYMENTS 

You authorize us to seek payment from your Lockbox on the dates disclosed when you sign up for automatic payments (the “Automatic Payment Dates”) when your Card Account has a balance greater than zero.  Automatic payments will be made even where your Card Account may be suspended, or where we have canceled or suspended certain privileges associated with your Card Account.

AUTHORIZATION TO VARY AMOUNTS

You have the right to receive notice of your automatic payment amount ten (10) days prior to the payment occurring. By agreeing to the automatic payments option, you agree to opt-out of ten (10) days’ notice and instead will have your automatic payment applied on the Automatic Payment Dates so long as the payment amount falls within the range between $0.00 and the maximum amount you have transferred into the Secured Deposit Account within the last 90 days plus any overdraft limit disclosed in the app. The autopay amount will be equal to your outstanding Card balance as of your Automatic Payment Dates and will not be more than the Funds earmarked in your Lockbox.  If the payment falls outside that range, your automatic payment will be limited to the amount in your Secured Deposit Account. 

AUTHORIZATION TO CORRECT ERRORS AND INITIATE PAYMENTS AT YOUR REQUEST 

In the event that we make an error in processing a payment from your Lockbox, you authorize us to correct the error by initiating an electronic credit or debit to the Lockbox in the amount of such error on or after the date such error occurs. Instead of or in addition to any electronic debits described in this authorization, you authorize us to initiate electronic debits to your Lockbox for any amount and on any date that you subsequently direct by phone, email, text, or other method we make available. 

REINITIATING PAYMENTS

If a payment from your Lockbox is rejected, you authorize us to re-initiate it up to two (2) additional times. 

TERMINATION BY YOU OR BY US

You can revoke this Authorization at any time by contacting us at 855-830-6200 or write: OneProgress Services LLC, P.O. Box 513717, Los Angeles, CA 90051-3717. Any notice of revocation and termination must be received by us in such time and manner as to afford us a reasonable opportunity to act (typically three (3) business days).   We may terminate this Authorization at any time for any reason. If you or we cancel this Authorization, you understand that you will be responsible for making your payments by another payment method. Terminating this Authorization does not affect your duty to repay amounts due under the Agreement.

MISCELLANEOUS 

You promise that you are an authorized signer on the Lockbox. You understand that this Authorization is subject to applicable law. 

BY CLICKING THE “GET MY BUILDER CARD,” “TURN ON AUTOPAY,” OR “CONFIRM AUTOPAY” BUTTON, YOU ARE ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING AND AGREEING TO THIS RECURRING AUTOPAY AUTHORIZATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, PRINTED/SAVED, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AUTHORIZATION.
